Terms and Conditions – kpr98 Online Gaming Platform

1 Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to kpr98. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and kpr98 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the kpr98 website at kpr98.com, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the kpr98 platform. We strongly recommend you read these Terms fully before signing up. If you have questions, our support team is available 24 hours a day through your account's help section.

These Terms are written in plain English for the benefit of our Pakistan players. Where a term could be interpreted in more than one way, the interpretation most protective of fair play and the integrity of the platform will apply.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To use kpr98, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You must not already hold an active kpr98 account.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.

kpr98 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC, a utility bill, or other documentation to confirm your identity, age and payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

3 Account Management and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kpr98 login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with anyone else. kpr98 will treat any activity carried out under your account as authorised by you, unless you have notified us of a security issue before that activity takes place.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but kpr98 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from credentials being shared, written down in an insecure location, or obtained by a third party through your own negligence.

You may only hold one account at kpr98. If duplicate accounts are identified, we reserve the right to close all but the first registered account, void any bonuses obtained, and restrict withdrawals pending review. Players found to have created multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers will have those promotions cancelled and the accounts permanently suspended.

4 Deposits and Payments

kpr98 accepts deposits exclusively in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfers. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum amounts which are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your kpr98 account instantly. Raast transfers are usually processed within minutes. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 hours depending on your banking provider.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• kpr98 does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits that cannot be verified may be held pending review and returned to the source payment account.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available before initiating a deposit.

kpr98 uses standard security protocols for all financial transactions. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is secured and that no unauthorised person has access to it.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies across all payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfers.

To make a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. This includes submitting any requested identity documents. Accounts that have not completed verification will not be able to process withdrawal requests until the required information has been provided and confirmed.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown on the Withdrawal page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal processing times vary: JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals are only paid out in PKR to verified Pakistan-based payment accounts.
• kpr98 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Active bonuses with pending wagering requirements may restrict your ability to withdraw until those requirements are fulfilled.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

kpr98 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the stated wagering conditions.
• kpr98 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus at any time, with or without notice, in cases of suspected abuse or technical error.
• Using multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes will result in the bonus being voided and the accounts suspended.

Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling PKR 20,000 before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.

7 Sports Betting Rules

kpr98 offers sports betting markets including cricket, football and esports. All bets are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market, which are displayed alongside the relevant betting options. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on kpr98.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available for that market.
• kpr98 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors or technical faults.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or rescheduled, kpr98's specific sport rules will determine whether bets stand or are refunded.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and ODI series — the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies to rain-affected matches where relevant.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply. These are displayed on the Bet page and within each individual market.
• kpr98 reserves the right to limit stake amounts or restrict market access for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Live in-play betting is available for selected cricket and football events. In-play odds change rapidly and bets may be suspended at any time during live events, particularly around key moments such as wickets, goals or red cards. Bets accepted before a suspension remain valid.

8 Casino and Slots

kpr98's casino and slots section includes games from third-party software providers. These games are governed by the rules set by the respective game provider and are subject to the Return to Player (RTP) percentages published by those providers. kpr98 does not modify the outcomes of any casino game.

• All casino games, including slots and live dealer games, are games of chance. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game error or disconnection, bets that have not been settled will be reviewed and resolved based on the game server records.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.
• kpr98 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that result in disruption to gameplay.

If you experience an issue with a casino game outcome that you believe is incorrect, you must raise the matter with kpr98 support within 72 hours of the session in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be possible to investigate due to data retention limitations.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kpr98 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban from the platform.

• Creating more than one account to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploits will be voided.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or making deposits from funds obtained through fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using kpr98 for any illegal financial activity.

kpr98 monitors all account activity and uses both automated and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. We cooperate with relevant authorities where required by law.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your kpr98 account at any time by contacting support through your account. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcomes and the remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

kpr98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been made.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour directed at kpr98 staff or other players.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (the account balance will be preserved for a further period as required).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kpr98 will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the account holder where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

12 Limitation of Liability

kpr98 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, kpr98 shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• The content, accuracy or availability of third-party services connected to the platform, including payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter where limitation would be unlawful.

13 Changes to These Terms

kpr98 may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active players through the platform or via the contact details registered on your account. The updated Terms will show a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continuing to use kpr98 after any changes to the Terms have been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current Terms. The version displayed on this page is always the current, operative version.

14 Contact and Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your kpr98 account, a bet outcome, a payment, or any aspect of the platform, please contact our support team through your account at the earliest opportunity. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 business days where possible.

When raising a dispute, please include your account username, the date and time of the event in question, and a clear description of the issue. The more detail you provide, the faster we can investigate and respond.

These Terms and your use of kpr98 are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant authority as appropriate.
